At the last award ceremony of the seventh danceComp in Wuppertal the six finalists of the IDSF competition Senior I Standard were honoured. This competition was the second largest one of this year's danceComp. 152 couples attended it.

Last year's runners-up Tassilo and Sabine Lax from Germany won. The couples ranked in second and third place also bettered themselves compared to the danceComp 2009. Last year Pierre Payen/Isabelle Reyjal from France became fourth, currently they claimed the second step of the podium. They were followed by the German couple Jörg and Ute Hillenbrand. (Foto: ems)

The next to last competition of the danceComp 2010 was the tournament IDSF Open Latin. 92 couples competed against each other for becoming rewarded with the coveted danceComp medal. Charles-Guillaume Schmitt/Elena Salikhova from France were victorious by winning three out of five dances and so gained the medal.
